Invitation to Submit Scientific Abstracts

The Metabolomics Society invites all scientists interested in metabolomics to submit abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 11th Annual Conference of the International Metabolomics Society, June 29-July 02, 2015. Scientists in academia, government, industry and others working in the field of metabolomics are invited to share their results and experiences. All submitted abstracts need to be assigned to one of the five general scientific topics:

Theme area 1: Utilizing metabolomics to understand complex biological systems
Theme area 2: Exploring the exposome: food and environmental metabolomics
Theme area 3: Computational analysis of metabolic systems
Theme area 4: The onset, progression and therapy of human diseases
Theme area 5: Breaking the limits of metabolomics technologies

For theme area details, check the scientific highlights page

We plan for 21 sessions with oral presentations and 3 poster sessions. All scientific presentations will go through peer-review and will be selected by the International Organizing Committee.

In order to ensure a high level of quality for all sessions, each participant may only submit one abstract as "presenting author" while it is of course permitted that scientists are listed as co-authors on multiple abstracts. During the submission process, you will be asked if you would like to have the abstract to be considered only as poster presentation or if you would also like it to be considered to be selected as oral contribution.
